स्वर्गीय गिरधारी लाल, ब्रह्म्पुखर, ब्यासपुर(बिलासपुर), हिमाचल प्रदेश स्वर्गीय गिरधारी लाल का जन्म 31 अगस्त सन 1936 को हिमाचल प्रदेश के बिलासपुर जिला के सियोला नामक गाँव में हुआ था। उनके पिता  का नाम तुलसी लाल ओर माता का नाम सीता देवी था। गिरधारी लाल 3 भाइयों मे सबसे बड़े थे।
