We know a well established GowShala near my place in Sainikpuri, Hyderabad since 2013. This is the first time they asked for donations to protect our Gow Mathas & Dharma. So I am forwarding this request from Sri. Raman’s message to our extended family.
We, Raman and Chellamma, resident of Sainikpuri, Secunderabad, with all due respect while mentioning our activities, hereby make an appeal for your continuous blessings, co-operation.

We are running a Ghowshala since 1998, and stepped into 24th year of Ghowseva. Initially it was started at our home in Sainikpuri, Secunderabad , with 4 cows and a robust bull, due to growing of Ghowmathas, added to space constraint Ghowshala was shifted to a vast area in Pillaypalli village, Pochampally Mandal, Telangana State. This present Ghowshala is added with other holistic concept of Vedam , Vriksham and GowMatha. Very rare herbal plants are grown here. Vedic school is scheduled commence very soon. This Ghowshala located in Pillaypalli village is around 40 km from Secunderabad.

Presently (105) native breed Ghowmathas Gir Breed are sheltered and taken care. Apart from this (44) Cows and calves, that are abandoned, injured, poor vision, non- milking non Pregnancy sheltered in a separate block, and are taken care of in the best possible way. Regular Veterinary Doctor and Veterinary Assistants are in attendance for medical needs of Ghowmathas. 20 laborers are hired for the best upkeep, feeding and milking of Gowmathas. 4 staff members are also on pay rolls.

We are into medical appliances business and a considerable portion of earnings is earmarked for Ghowmathas. Apart from this, we are running a small herbal products store, products prepared by our selves such as soaps, cleaning agents, joss sticks, repellents, Ghee and Butter. Most of Raw materials for these products are from Cow based one like cow dung, cow urine, ghee, butter and pancha gavya here too, the profits earned are spent on Gowmathas upkeep.

On an average the expenditure towards Ghowmathas upkeep, feeding, works around (150 nos. ) 6.5 Lakhs, per month. Like cow food, labour, electricity, rent and maintenance.

This is possible due to divine blessings of H H. Mahaperiva (68th Peetadipati Sri Sri Sri ChandraSekarendra Mahaswamy), H H. Present Pontiff Kanchimutt (Sri Sri Sri Vijayendra Saraswathi Swamy), H.H. Srimadh Srimushnam Aandavan, H.H. Shringeri SaradaPeetam Aacharyas. H.H. Ahobilamath Jeer, and H H H Brahmathanthra Parakala Mutt Jeers have sent Mantraakshata through ardent devotees / Bhaktas, and keep inquiring about the activities

Not the least, great Bhagavathothamas like all of you continued patronage, blessings is elixir to us, rather more motivating.

Now for the past 4 months, precisely from the month of April 2022, the cost of green grass, dry grass, fodder has spiralled beyond reasonable imagination and level. Even the dedicated regular suppliers / vendors finding it too difficult both for procuring and delivering, as the cost at various levels escalated.

Given the situation, we are facing much difficulty, similar to the last year, in feeding the Ghowmathas, both due to shortage of grass and spiralling prices of cattle feeds. Last year when the similar problem was posted by us, a lot of great devotees / bhaktas supported us in many ways, their by mitigating the burgeoning bills, a very timely one. An act which will remain etched in our heart for ever. Highly indebted, short of expressing our thanks and gratitude.

We while made up to move forward in Ghowseva with same gusto and dedication, very humbly seek sizable donations for Ghowmathas. Even a small amount is very much solicited and will grow in a big way and more needed strength to us.

Further Ghow Pooja is performed at our residence, daily. The Pooja performed religiously and with utmost dedication. Many devotees / bhaktas are benefited and are in constant touch. The devotees / bhaktas are requested to message the name, Gothram and star, address, and with a specific mention for doing Pooja, i.e., clearance from debt, dosha pariharam etc.,
